Are your products authentic?

Yes, all of the stocks on Stocklot.com are authentic, totally new and carefully selected by Brandsdistribution buying office. We only work with guaranteed partners, certified and authorized dealers.

Do you provide a customer support?

Stocklot.com has a dedicated customer service available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14 to 18 (CEST).

How can I find a stock?

Our search function responds to various criteria. Just enter what you are looking for in the dedicated box at the top of the stock list. All relevant products will be displayed automatically.

How can I see the lot details?

From the home page or the deal page click on the offer you are interested in. You will find all the lot information and the link where you can open and download the packing list with all the products information and pictures.

Is it possible to buy a partial lot?

All our lots are “take all offers”. Both our auctions and our “buy now” deals are valuable only for the purchase of the whole lot.

In order to get more information regarding the lot you are interested in, please send an email to info@stocklot.com.

Is VAT included in the lot price?

All of our offers are VAT excluded

How can I bid?

Click on “make an offer” and put your offer in the blank space. In case your bid is the highest you will receive an email confirming you are the winner of the lot. You will then be contacted by a member of Stocklot staff to help you finalize the purchase.

Will the offer be accepted automatically?

If your bid is under the minimum required the systhem will show you an authomatic message refusing your bid.

If the value is appropriate, your bid will be the last one to be displayed in the page.

In case any other user places an higher bid you will receive an email informing you about the new price of the auction.

How can I place the order?

You just have to click on "Buy now" button, fill in the form and choose the payment method you prefer. You will receive the proforma invoice for your order within 24 hours.

Which are the payment methods?

Stocklot.com garantees safe payments thanks to safe and certified methods.

Stocklot.com accepts the following payment methods:

When will my payment be charged?

Your payment will be charged once the order is completed.

Can I cancel the order?

If you want to cancel the order, please send an email to info@stocklot.com before processing the payment.

 

SHIPPING

 

How do you ship the goods?

We work in partnership with DHL that we use for all of our shipments.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is totally free for shipping inside the EU (except Cypus and Malta).

How long will it take to receive my order?

For shippings inside the EU the delivery usually takes 5 – 10 working days. Deliver to some remote areas outside Europe may require additional delivery time.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, you can contact us by:

Can I change my delivery address after the order has been placed?

Every change in your delivery address can be done before the payment has been processed.

 

RETURN AND CREDIT NOTE

 

Some products are damaged/failed/missing, what can I do?

In case of failed/damaged/missing items, you just have to send an email within 7 days from the delivery of the order at info@stocklot.com with pictures, article code, quantities of the products and description of the problems.

In case I am not satisfied with a lot that I have just purchased, can I return it?

If you receive a lot and you are not happy with it, you can decide to return the products. You just have to send an email to info@stocklot.com, within 7 days from the reception of the goods comunicando la tua intenzione di effettuare il reso della merce, provvederemo ad informare la nostra logistica e ti spiegheremo come procedere.

How do I return a product?

In case we accept your return request, our customer care will inform you about the return procedure by email and create a credit note in your favor as soon as we receive your products in our warehouse.
